Sarah Jo Morris passed away on January 24, 2025. Born in Lepanto, Arkansas on January 17, 1947.
She graduated from Shawnee High School in Joiner, Arkansas where she played on the Women’s Basketball Team.
Sarah Morris was married to Calvin Morris for 32 years. She is survived by her sister Norma White of Kaiser, Arkansas, and her brother Ernie Thomas of El Paso, Texas. Sarah Morris was blessed with 3 daughters – Karen Sandlin of Little Rock, Arkansas; Elizabeth Philips of Austin, Texas; and Andreia Nichols of San Tan, Arizona. She also had 8 grandchildren and 7 great, grandchildren.
Memorial and Funeral Services for Sarah Jo Morris will be held at Mountain View Cemetry at 7900 E. Main Street in Mesa on Wednesday, February 5, 2025.
