Ronald Gene Broschart, born on May 20, 1937, in Trenton, Missouri, passed away peacefully on February 18, 2025, in Queen Creek, Arizona, surrounded by his loving family. He lived a full and vibrant life, marked by deep love for his family and a passion for family history, arts & crafts, aviation, and scaring little children at Halloween.
Ronald married his eternal companion, Penny Ann Paul, on September 1, 1961, in Los Angeles, California. Together, they raised five wonderful children who will carry on his legacy: Jeanine Howard (Greg), Adam Broschart (Emily), Noelle Kei (Albert), and Brenda Butler (Chris). Ronald was also a cherished grandfather of 20 and great-grandfather of 29, whose warmth and wisdom will be greatly missed.
He was preceded in death by his beloved daughter, Andrea Lynn Broschart and his beautiful bride Penny. Ronald’s family and friends will always remember him for his kindness, humor, and unwavering support. His spirit and teachings will live on in the hearts of all who knew him.
A celebration of Ronald’s life will be held at a later date. He will be laid to rest in Camarillo, California. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that memorial contributions be sent in Ronald’s honor Xeroderma Pigmentosum Family Support Group, Donate – XP Family Support Group. XP is a rare disease that affects Ronald’s grandson, Oliver.
