Richard Dennis Hensley, 68, of Mesa, Arizona, passed away peacefully on January 11, 2025. He was born on October 25, 1956, in Spokane, Washington, to Gary and Laura Hensley. A proud graduate of Coronado High School, Rick went on to enjoy a successful career in aerospace and medical products manufacturing, working for companies such as Wynn’s Precision and International Polymer Engineering (IPE).
Rick had a deep love for the outdoors, particularly fishing and hiking. He cherished time spent with his many friends and family, always putting others first. His kind spirit, generosity, and sense of humor will be dearly missed by all who knew him.
He is survived by his daughter, Holly Hensley, granddaughter, Lily Donohoe, his brother, Brad Hensley (Gen), his father, Gary Hensley, and his mother, Laura Hensley.
A funeral service to honor Rick’s life was held on January 20, 2025, at 10:00 AM, followed by a committal service at 11:00 AM at Mountain View Funeral Home & Cemetery, located at 7900 E. Main Street in Mesa.
Rick’s memory will live on in the hearts of all who were fortunate to know him.
