Solari Crisis and Human Services was honored this week as a Best Place to Work by the Phoenix Business Journal, earning fourth place in the large category for companies with 250 to 999 employees. The award was announced at a Dec. 16 ceremony at the JW Marriott Phoenix Desert Ridge Resort and Spa. Solari currently has more than 500 employees.
The year 2021 marks the third consecutive year that Solari has been honored by the publication as a Best Place to Work, the previous two years in the midsize category for companies with 100 to 249 employees. Companies are chosen for the accolade based on anonymous surveys completed by their employees.
“This award means so much to us as an organization because it honors the time and effort our team puts in daily to establish and maintain our inclusive and positive company culture. We firmly believe our employees embody our company values of compassion, effort and ownership and demonstrate that to those we serve and to each other. We are especially proud to have earned this award for the third year running while our company more than doubled its number of employees and maintained a majority-remote workforce,” said Justin Chase, president and chief executive officer of Solari.
