Surf’s up in the desert as Revel Surf officially opened its doors at 4503 S. Power Road in Mesa, offering an ocean-like experience in the heart of Arizona. The new surf park features artificial waves, a diving lagoon, and a beachside atmosphere, bringing a slice of the coastal lifestyle to the Valley.

The park’s main attraction is the Revel Surf Lagoon, which utilizes Swell Mfg Wave Technology, an Arizona-designed artificial wave system. The technology creates consistent swells, catering to all skill levels—from first-time surfers to experienced wave riders. The park also features the Unit Wave, a standing wave experience with adjustable settings for different skill levels.
Beyond surfing, visitors can warm up at the skate park, take a leap from diving platforms ranging from six to 26 feet, or relax on white sand imported from the Florida Panhandle. Spectators can take in the action from the bridge or unwind in lounge chairs while enjoying drinks and food from the Revel Surf Beach Grill. The menu includes items such as crispy garlic shrimp, loaded sweet potato fries, fresh salads, flatbreads, and fish tacos, along with desserts like cookie sundaes featuring local Amber Marie’s signature cookies.
Revel Surf is open year-round and offers cabana rentals with televisions, heaters or misters, and full service from the Revel Bar & Grill. Private surf sessions and full park buyouts are also available. Access to the park requires a day pass or a booked surf session, with memberships offering exclusive perks and discounts.
