The Town of Queen Creek offers a variety of free workshops taught by Master Gardeners and other local experts.
The next one, Veggie Gardening in the Desert, is happening this Saturday, Sept. 9 from 9 to 11 a.m. in the Zane Grey room at the Queen Creek Library, 21802 S. Ellsworth Road.
Master Gardener Cathy Rymer will help residents discover the secrets to successfully plant, irrigate and grow vegetables in our desert environment during the Veggie Gardening in the Desert workshop.
