Queen Creek to launch new utility billing system March 7

The new utility billing system will offer updated technology and enhanced customer service features including an online portal with access to water consumption history, payment history, the ability to sign up for utility-related alerts and the ability to start or transfer service.

On March 7, the Town of Queen Creek is scheduled to change to a new utility billing system. As part of this strategic change, the current utility billing system will be replaced with a more robust system that meets the needs of the town’s utility service area.

All Queen Creek utility customers will be impacted by the transition, receiving a new account number and bill due date. In addition to a new account number, the new system also includes a new customer number – both numbers must be included on future payments. The address to mail a payment is also changing. To help prepare for the transition, write down your current account number and ensure your contact information is updated.

Action required:

  • All customers paying through autopay will need to re-enroll. Visit QueenCreekAZ.gov/PayMyBill - you will need your current account number to sign up.
  • All customers using bill pay through their bank will need to update their customer/account number and payment address.
  • All customers mailing payments will need to use the provided envelope/stub or update their customer/account number and payment address.
  • All customers making a payment by phone, 480-358-3480, will need to have their new customer/account number.

The town will continue to offer a payment drop box, located at 22350 S. Ellsworth Road. Kiosks will continue to be available at the front desk for online bill assistance, located at 22358 S. Ellsworth Road, Monday through Thursday, 7 a.m. to 6 p.m.

To transition to the new system, the town’s utility billing system will be down from Thursday, March 2 through Monday, March 6; during this time, no payments can be processed and account history will not be available.

All Queen Creek utility customers will receive a printed bill in early March. To enroll in paperless billing through the new system, customers can visit QueenCreekAZ.gov/PayMyBill beginning March 7 – your current account number, which will be included on the printed bill, will be needed to sign up.

The new utility billing system will offer updated technology and enhanced customer service features including an online portal with access to water consumption history, payment history, the ability to sign up for utility-related alerts and the ability to start or transfer service.

Customer rates are not changing. This is an upgrade to the town’s utility billing system.
