TOWN OF QUEEN CREEK

In accordance with A.R.S. §9-511.01, notice of intent is hereby given that a public hearing has been set for Oct. 6, 2021 in the Community Chambers, 20727 E. Civic Parkway, Queen Creek, Arizona at 6:30 p.m. for the purpose of receiving public comment on a change in the Town Code to apply a collections fee on delinquent accounts.
Information relating to the fee change is available in the Town Clerk’s office at 22358 S. Ellsworth Road, Queen Creek, Arizona.
Additionally, the associated staff report presented to council on Aug. 4, 2021, which includes a cash flow projection for the combined water and wastewater operating funds and a draft Ordinance concerning the initiation of third party collection services, can be found here.
At the hearing, the town will accept verbal and written comments both in person and virtually.
