Dave Lipinski is the new capital improvements director for the Town of Queen Creek.
The Capital Improvements Department is the newest department within the town after previously being a division under the Public Works Department.
Lipinski, a civil engineering professional with 24 years of experience managing the design and construction of municipal and private infrastructure projects, most recently served as the city engineer for the City of Scottsdale. During his almost 10-year tenure, Lipinski delivered projects including transportation, water and wastewater treatment and distribution, new municipal buildings and parks and community spaces. Prior to the City of Scottsdale, Lipinski worked for the City of Cedar Falls, Iowa, DMB Associates, Inc., Hunn & Associates Inc., and AMEC Infrastructure.
