The home is now available for tours, and is located at 14822 E. Valley Vista Dr. in Fountain Hills.
Two homes at Bellos at The Summit have sold since the March 21 unveiling of the new model. Bellos at The Summit features 27 homesites with 360-degree views of the Valley. The new model is a single-story home with one-of-a-kind views. The community borders Scottsdale near East Shea and North Palisades Boulevards.
The Overlook model features 2,742 square feet of main living area with three bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. The optional casita with a private entrance features an additional bedroom and bathroom, perfect for guests or a home office.

The gated hillside community offers three floorplans featuring optional three car garages and casitas. The square footage ranges from 2,742 to 4,356 square feet. Single story homes have limited availability.
