Open to all East Valley residents, the town of Gilbert will host a 9/11 Memorial Ceremony beginning at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 11.
Join Gilbert Fire and Rescue and the Gilbert Police Department as they remember the lives lost and pay tribute to the brave first responders who answered the call on September 11, 2001.
The ceremony will be followed by a Tribute in Light from 7:30-10:30 p.m. Two beams of light will be projected into the sky to symbolize the World Trade Center's twin towers.
The event takes place at 50 E. Civic Center Drive in Gilbert.
