Gather your friends and family and join the community to celebrate Queen Creek Founders’ Day. Presented by Earnhardt Queen Creek Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram the event will run from 5 to 9 p.m. on Sept. 21. 

From an FFA Zone to their Battle of the Badge relay style competitions, the event features a variety of fun activities for all ages. The excitement takes place at Founders’ Park located at 22407 S. Ellsworth Road in Queen Creek.

Don’t miss out on the fun! Guests can purchase pre-sale wristbands and axe throwing vouchers now through Sept. 12. 

Save money by securing your wristband now. Your wristband includes access to all participant relays and inflatable attractions. Pre-sale rates are $12.50 per wristband. Wristbands are required to access the bungee run, obstacle course and Shooting Stars basketball game.

For an additional $5, guests can add on an axe throwing voucher. Vouchers include five axe throws.   

Pre-sale items can be purchased online at QueenCreekAZ.gov/RecRegistration and in-person at the Recreation Annex located at 21802 S. Ellsworth Road. Patrons can pick up pre-sale items at the Recreation Annex from Monday, Sept. 16 to Friday, Sept. 20, and at the ticket booth on the day of the event. Wristbands will be available for purchase at the event for $15.

Founders’ Day is about celebrating the town’s heritage. If you don’t want to purchase a wristband, you can still enjoy the atmosphere and a number of free activities. 

The event offers great food, entertainment, and the featured activity, Battle of the Badges. Nominal fees apply to select activities. There will also be an eating contest, arts and crafts, animal interactions, a chance to milk a cow and a tot spot for kids five and under.
