QCUSD to propose fiscal year 2024-25 budget July 9

Queen Creek Unified School District boundaries span 48 square miles and include nine elementary schools, two junior high schools and three comprehensive high schools. The district’s student population is approximately 15,000.

The Queen Creek Unified School District Governing Board is scheduled to vote Tuesday, July 9 on the district's budget for fiscal year 2024-2025.

All interested citizens are invited to attend a public hearing on the budget at 6 p.m. July 9 at the district offices, located at 20217 E. Chandler Heights Road in Queen Creek.

In addition, the district is posting a Truth in Taxation Hearing at 6 p.m. on July 9. This hearing authorizes the tax rate to build streets and related access to new and existing schools.
