Due to increased traffic congestion, Pinal County Development Services announced it began yesterday, Aug. 14, installing temporary traffic signals at the intersection of Combs and Schnepf roads in San Tan Valley.
These signals will remain in effect until permanent signals and turn lanes can be installed as part of the Combs Road improvements in Pinal County.
