Sprouts Farmers Market, one of the fastest-growing retailers in the country, has announced that its store located at 5225 E. Southern Ave. in Mesa will be moving down the street to 1668 N. Higley Rd. in Gilbert.
The current location will close on October 2, paving the way for a fun grand opening weekend at the new location starting October 4. A ribbon cutting will take place on Friday morning at 6:45 a.m. and the doors to the store will open at 7 a.m.

Grand Opening Weekend Events:
From Friday, October 4 through Sunday, October 6, a variety of activities will celebrate the grand opening. A “pop-up party” out front will give guests the chance to taste seasonal produce from the tasting bar, participate in a “guess the weight” contest of an oversized piece of produce and more. These activities are fun for the whole family and will last all weekend long.
The first 100 in-store shoppers on Friday and Saturday will receive a free ‘Goodness it’s Free’ reusable goodie bag filled with special products and samples. Plus, the first 400 guests on Friday will receive a free long stem rose courtesy of Falcon Farms Floral. Inside the store, shoppers can taste new products while they shop from innovative brands at the Vendor Village. Giveaways and music throughout the weekend will also add to the festivities.
