Starting this week, special event and block party permitting through the Town of Queen Creek is fully digital.
Moving to a fully digital process helps enhance efficiencies and improve the user experience. To submit an application, an online account must be created at QueenCreekAZ.gov/SpecialEvents. The online dashboard will allow users to view and track their submissions.
Event application process:
- Intent to Apply (ITA): This is the first step of a special event application. This includes the event name, date, location, and high-level details for review.
- Special Event Application: This application is only available after approval of the ITA. This is where the applicant will submit all of the remaining event details.
- Block Party Application: This application is tailored to neighborhood events in Queen Creek.
