Christmas light displays all over Queen Creek

Not to be out done, there's also some great Christmas light displays in San Tan Valley at North Gantzel and East Combs roads.

Casey Baldwin has been spotlighting his Cortina neighborhood and their "Lights on Lark" Christmas light displays along East Lark Drive in Queen Creek, taking pictures and spreading cheer this holiday season.

"Not only is there Lights on Lark, but there are three other full streets of lights in our Cortina neighborhood," Baldwin said.

When visiting Lights on Lark, residents are asking everyone to consider parking at the nearby LDS stake center at German and Rittenhouse roads or at Cortina Elementary School's parking lot to help with traffic control this Christmas weekend.

"If you are needing to drive up and down Lark, please dim your lights. Please do not drive with lights completely off though. If you need to stop, please find a safe place to do so not blocking the driveways or traffic flow," said the Lights on Lark Facebook page. "From Cortina, we thank you for the support and coming to see the lights. If you use Lark to travel home, please consider using Ryan Road or 188th Street to help with the families wanting to drive on East Lark Drive."

While visiting Lights on Lark, be sure to check out these other festive streets in the Cortina neighborhood:

1. 190th Street and Cattle Drive.

2. 190th Street and Cardinal Drive.

3. Sparrow Drive and 186th Street.

4. Tata Joseph's Christmas Garage and Nativity at 189th Street and Mockingbird Drive.

5. Arrowhead Trail and 186th Street.

6. Ryan Road and Longwood Drive.

In addition, Queen Creek resident Joe Ramirez said he has a Christmas light show at his house, 19692 E. Emperor Blvd., in Emperor Estates near Rittenhouse and Hawes roads.

"Our Christmas light show is up and running daily from 6 to 9 p.m.," Ramirez said. "It's automated with various songs. Tune to radio station 105.1 FM and the playlist loops every 45 minutes."
