The Spaghetti Shack celebrated its grand opening Feb. 17 with a Queen Creek Chamber of Commerce ribbon-cutting ceremony.
Owner Joey Palomarez and staff, along with Bar Vinedo owner Sabrina Osterman, other Queen Creek business owners and council members Dawn Oliphant and Travis Padilla were all in attendance on Friday for the grand opening event.
The Spaghetti Shack is a to-go pasta concept that operates out of a ghost kitchen at Bar Vinedo, located at 7215 S. Power Road in Queen Creek. Their menu includes spaghetti, meatballs and garlic bread. People can order online at thespaghettishack.com for pick up or delivery from The Spaghetti Shack inside Bar Vinedo.
“I was born and raised in Queen Creek so we’re very excited to do business here,” said Palomarez. “We’re a community focused brand, so we want to be a part of the community and help in any way we can. We’re very excited to be a part of Queen Creek.”
In addition to to-go pasta, the local family restaurant offers catering, fundraising and pop-up events and operates similar to a food truck. For catering they offer both in-person serving and drop-off services.
Oliphant specifically thanked Palomarez for being a longtime resident and opening his business in town during the ceremony.
