If you haven't already heard, Pecan Lake Entertainment is the new family-friendly, 12-acre oasis of exhilarating indoor and outdoor adventures and dining options in the heart of Queen Creek. The venue offers a safe environment where visitors of all ages can come and escape from life’s stressors for a while.
Officially opening earlier this year on Jan. 31, with Caldwell County BBQ expanding to Queen Creek and being the second attraction to open in the "East Valley's best place for family fun" (according to the Pecan Lake Entertainment website), the Queen Creek Botanical Gardens kicked off development in 2021 of the Pecan Lake Entertainment area.
Setting amongst the beautiful pecan groves overlooking Pecan Lake and the upscale Pecan Lake subdivision, Pecan Lake Entertainment is located at 25004 S. 206th St. in Queen Creek, next to the Horseshoe Park and Equestrian Centre. Parking and entry are free to the venue.
Melissa Dawn, producer of East Valley events company Max Events, LLC, said her company "got the opportunity to collaborate with Pecan Lake Entertainment for a Cinco De Mayo weekend event" on Friday, May 3 and Saturday, May 4.
"On May 3rd and 4th, celebrity comedians Tom Arnold, Pete Lee and Darren Carter are flying in for a big, live, stand-up comedy show. We are super excited to be one of the first show productions on Pecan Lake's beautiful courtyard stage and jumbotron," Dawn said.
During the month of May, Pecan Lake Entertainment is also inviting the community to create new memories by offering a limited-time 20% discount on all attractions from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Thursday by mentioning "May 20" during booking (this offer is time-sensitive, excludes food and beverage, and is not applicable for online bookings).
"Thank you so much for your investment in our town and bringing this great family-fun facility with so many amenities to our residents," wrote Queen Creek Town Councilman Jeff Brown on his Facebook page in January after the grand opening of Pecan Lake Entertainment. "Whether you are planning a family outing, birthday party, wedding or corporate event, they are the perfect venue."
