It's back to school time next week in Queen Creek and San Tan Valley. In recognition of the importance of fostering a love of reading at an early age, Macayo’s Mexican Food is hosting a back-to-school book drive benefiting Southwest Human Development’s “Grow a Reader” program.
This effort shines a spotlight on supporting literacy across the Valley and inspires children to develop a love of reading and learning.
Donated books are now being collected at all Macayo’s locations through Wednesday, July 31. New or gently-used books geared for children ages 12 and younger are greatly appreciated during restaurant hours.
