The Arizona Commerce Authority, Greater Phoenix Economic Council, and city of Mesa are pleased to announce that Magna, a mobility technology company, is building a manufacturing facility in Mesa. As one the largest suppliers in the automotive space, Manga is the largest automotive supplier in North America.
Located at Power Industrial Park, the nearly 230,000 square-foot facility is expected to create hundreds of new jobs.
The multi-million-dollar investment highlights Arizona's rapidly expanding automotive ecosystem. Magna will support Arizona’s automotive ecosystem which currently includes electric vehicle manufactures Lucid and Nikola and automated vehicle innovators such as Exponent, Mobileye and Pony.ai.

As the Greater Phoenix area continues to drive clean technology innovation at a national scale, Magna's new facility will allow for more expansive growth in the automotive sector.

As a representative of the area, District 6 Councilmember Scott Somers expressed his excitement in welcoming Magna’s new manufacturing facility.

Capitalizing on Magna's wealth of automotive knowledge, adaptability and experience collaborating with various OEMs, the facility will integrate cutting-edge technology and virtual tools, including simulations to guarantee quality and adaptability to expedite the integration of new products.
